Welcome Kyle and Kyle

We’re excited to introduce two new team members at co-elevate!

Kyle Leskiw has joined our team as a Senior Structural Engineer working remotely from Lethbridge, Alberta. Since obtaining his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Structural from the University of Calgary, Kyle's career has been filled with many interesting and unique projects. The majority of his work has centered around multifamily light wood frame construction, multimillion dollar custom homes, and custom fabrication steel. He also brings a wealth of experience from the Construction Administration side and has had involvement in a significant portion of the 4-6 storey multifamily buildings in Calgary, as well as other large scale projects like the $200 mil University of Lethbridge Destination expansion.

With project experience in high seismicity and wind regions such as coastal BC and the mountainous regions of southern Alberta, Kyle's expertise in lateral design and load path will be an invaluable asset to bring cost efficiencies to projects with the latest national building code provisions. An avid golfer, Kyle's keen eye to detail helps achieve high levels of performance both on and off the course. We are glad to have Kyle's wealth of timber knowledge and expertise join our team and look forward to expanding further into this emerging market.

Fun fact:  I drive a '93 Honda Del Sol, aptly known and loved by my kids as the "Zoom Zoom Fast Car"

Kyle Zehr has joined our growing Civil team in the London office as a Civil Engineer. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from Western University, with a P.Eng. designation. With over five years of valuable experience in Land Development design, Kyle has left his mark on a diverse range of projects. From residential subdivisions to commercial, institutional, industrial, and high-rise buildings.

Kyle brings valuable expertise in stormwater management and has strong drafting skills using Civil 3D. He has also played a key role in mentoring and training EITs, writing technical reports, and contributing to the planning of group events. His well-rounded background and collaborative nature make him a great addition to our growing civil team.

Fun fact: Outside of his professional pursuits, you can find Kyle hitting the gym, playing golf, reading a good book, or hanging out with friends.

Please join us in welcoming Kyle and Kyle as they contribute their skills and passion to our thriving team!
