co‑elevate was inspired by a group of people coming together to build the work experience they’d always wanted. It’s why we bring joy, curiosity, and real connection to everything we do. Our commitment to community council meets regularly to ensure our community outreach and charity programs are always moving forward. By planning community outreach events that are geared toward these sectors, we ensure our commitment to serving the community is made a priority.

MEDICAL ILLNESS

Medical illness affects every one of our team members. This sector is targeted at organizations who help people that have medical illnesses as well as end of life care.

OUR NEIGHBOURS

We want to see our communities grow as we grow. This sector was created to give back to the communities we serve.

THOSE IN NEED

Many people in our community struggle on a day-to-day basis. In keeping with our company’s core values, we want to extend a hand to those who may need some help.

Our fun club is dedicated to improving our company culture and team cohesion. This group is responsible for planning and executing team-building activities, our book club, company BBQ's and parties. Their mandate is one way that we manage the demands of our personal and professional lives.

COMPANY BBQ

Our Summer BBQ is a potluck style event where we get together and enjoy each other’s company along with that of our families.

BOOK CLUB

By providing opportunities for team members to engage in stimulating conversations about industry-relevant books, we promote a culture of learning and intellectual curiosity.
