The 233 Clarke Road residential development demonstrates how thoughtful site planning can create new housing opportunities within an established London neighbourhood. The project accommodates a single-detached dwelling and three additional residential units (ARUs), making more efficient use of an existing residential property while balancing building placement, parking, landscaping and outdoor space.
co-elevate's civil engineering team supported the development with site grading, drainage and servicing design. Our scope included planning water and sanitary connections for all four residential units, stormwater management considerations and coordination with the overall site layout. The result is a practical engineering approach that supports residential intensification while addressing the infrastructure needs of a multi-unit property.
