Oxford Street Apartments brings a fresh approach to residential living in London's Oakridge neighbourhood. Located at 928 and 934 Oxford Street West, the development brings together two properties to create a 20-unit, 3.5-storey stacked townhouse community. The design makes efficient use of an established urban site while balancing increased housing density with the character of the surrounding neighbourhood.
co-elevate's civil engineering team supported the project through site grading, servicing, stormwater management and municipal coordination. With challenging site elevations and the need to integrate new infrastructure into an existing neighbourhood, thoughtful engineering was essential to making the design work. Our collaborative approach helped address these challenges while supporting a practical, functional and buildable residential development.
