STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
Do you look at buildings differently than most people?
Have you ever wondered how a roof spans a gymnasium, how a mass timber building stands tall, or how an old structure gets a new life?
Are you eager to learn, ask questions, and develop your engineering skills alongside a team that enjoys solving problems together?
If this sounds like you, co-elevate could be the perfect place to launch your career. We're hiring a Junior Structural Designer to join our growing Structural Team.
At co-elevate, you'll work on meaningful projects ranging from mass timber and industrial facilities to community spaces and building retrofits. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to develop practical, innovative structural solutions while building the skills and confidence needed to grow your career. If you're excited to learn, contribute, and help shape the built environment, we'd love to connect with you.
