HOMES FOR HEROES

A place to call home can be the foundation for a fresh start. The Homes for Heroes – Parkwood development in London, Ontario, is designed to provide supportive housing for veterans transitioning from homelessness. Located on the Parkwood Institute lands, the proposed development features 25 residential units across four rowhouse buildings, alongside a dedicated amenity building and thoughtfully planned communal spaces. Community gardens, outdoor gathering areas and shared amenities help create an environment that encourages connection, stability and a sense of belonging.

Working alongside the project team, co-elevate is providing both civil and structural engineering services to help bring this meaningful development to life. Our involvement includes site grading, servicing, stormwater management and erosion control, along with structural engineering for the amenity building and residential units. By coordinating the infrastructure and building design, we're helping create a practical, buildable development that supports the Homes for Heroes Foundation's vision of giving veterans more than just a roof over their heads.
